About the Wine

This is one made for the fridge! Dark cherry in colour with juicy cherry notes. Micah describes this one as a shapeshifter - a red wine with a white wine feel. Electric acid, bright fresh red fruits - a real thirst quencher.

Certified organically grown Pyrenees Syrah (60%) aged in neutral oak, blended with Savagnin (40%), aged in stainless steel and designed to be chilled.

All wines unfiltered, unfined & wild fermented.

About DEFIALY

Micah Hewitt's inspiration for DEFIALY can be placed in a few places understandably a great appreciation for quality produce and land. But most significantly would be his parents and their love the shared for each other as well as Micah and his sister Amber.

DEFIALY is an acronym for "Don't ever forget I'll always love you" which is Micah's way of carrying on his parents tradition of signing all cards with DEFIALY.
