About Si Vintners
In Margaret River's cooler Rosa Glen, Sarah Morris and Iwo Jakimowicz have created Si Vintners—cleverly named from the first letters of their names. Their small winery represents a return to winemaking fundamentals, crafting "honest wines" that reflect their unique terroir.
The location speaks for itself: higher rainfall and Southern Ocean influence create a distinctive microclimate that coaxes bright acidity and aromatic complexity from grapes grown in the region's ancient soils. Here, biodynamic farming and the extended growing season allows fruit to develop slowly, building the fine structure that defines their wines.
In the winery, Sarah and Iwo's minimal intervention philosophy shines through wild fermentation using only native yeasts, with no additives, fining, or filtration. Each bottle becomes an unfiltered snapshot of its vintage, carrying Rosa Glen's distinctive fingerprint. At Si Vintners, every wine tells the story of a specific season and place - letting the land itself do the talking.
