About The Wine
Fruit from the iconic Chalmers Vineyard in the Murray Darling. Fiano and Vermentino have quickly found themselves as two of the most sustainable and environmentally friendly grapes to grow in Australia. The grapes were delicately picked by hand then co fermented and matured for 6months in old oak.
This is a mid-week banger! Juicy and fruit forward, stone fruit, green apple and some subtle chamomile aromatics.
About Blood Moon Wines
Matt started Blood Moon Wines in 2014 with a few mates and went solo in 2019. He grows grapes in Sunbury and the Diamond Valley and sources other fruit from responsible growers all over Victoria. Matt makes wines that are expressive of time and place, which is where a less-is-more approach in the winery comes in.
