One of the faces that would appear on the Australian natural wine Mount Rushmore, Tom Shobbrook has been instrumental in challenging the conventional winemaking norm and bringing natural wine to the front of a lot of wine drinkers consciousness.

After 12 years of growing organic grapes on his families vineyard in Seppeltsfield things have unfortunately come to an end. Tom has moved to a farm in Flaxman Valley in which he has planted his own grapes and until his grapes are ready for production is sourcing grapes from old vines in Vine Vale.
