Back to the original blend of varieties when first made in 2021 - stunning Heathcote Grenache all juicy & spicy with some luscious Pyrenees Syrah to add some plushness to the back palate. Chill or don't...
Heathcote Grenache (80%) of which half was direct pressed onto the remaining whole bunches and macerated for 7 days + Pyrenees Syrah (20%) destemmed & macerated for 14 days. Elevage in neutral oak for 9 months. Blended to stainless 1 month before bottling.
750ml 14.2% alc.
All wines unfiltered, unfined & wild fermented.
