This three-acre, east-facing, 17-year-old Blewitt Springs site is in its seventh year of organic management and is co-run by gun viticulturist Fiona Wood. The soils are deep white sand over clay with schist. The fruit is pressed directly to tank for partial fermentation and bottled with 28g/L residual sugar. James then disgorges and tops with barrel-aged Chenin Blanc from the previous vintage, lending an extra dimension of complexity to this fresh, textural sparkling. ABV 13%

Our same day delivery is eligible every day of the week except Wednesdays.

Important Delivery Information:

Same day deliveries must be received in person and cannot be left unattended.
Delivery drivers will refuse delivery to an intoxicated person.
ID check may be required to confirm recipient is aged 18 or over.
Standard deliveries (not same day) are marked ‘Authority to Leave’ so our driver can leave the parcel in a safe place for you.
We will always do our best to find a safe place, however if the driver deems it unsafe to leave, your order will be returned to await further instructions from you, or in the case of Australia Post deliveries, the parcel will be taken to the nearest collection facility.
Delivery charges are non-refundable. A $15 charge may apply for redelivery.
