About The Wine
Pinot Noir, Grenache, Gewürztaminer, Gamay & Pinot Meunier blended post primary fermentation. Red varietals are all initially whole bunch before being pressed to old barriques to finish primary, while the Gewürztaminer is started off skin contact.
Luscious and supple initially on the palate, giving way to finely shaped tannins.
