About Charlotte Hardy
Ex vet nurse, lab tech, winemaker, mum. Juggling is seemingly Charlotte's superpower and it's an act that sees her effortlessly create everything from re-imagined Semillon to her gorgeous Fiano and everything in between. And yes, Charlotte's winemaking is hands off but not for the sake of seeking a movement or a trend. She taps into the rhythm of the vineyard and the mood of the vintage. There's the technical side for sure, but what drives and instructs her winemaking is intuition; a sixth sense perhaps. Now with a string of accolades under her belt, the Charlotte Dalton label has moved up a gear with new releases selling out in a matter of weeks.
