Arianna has been championing traditional Sicilian grape varietals since she was sixteen, when she fell in love with her uncle's cellar and his traditional winemaking techniques.
The estate is about 15 km from the Mediterranean with the vineyards planted at 250 metres above sea level. The vineyard is planted to Frappato & Nero d’Avola and is run on bio-dynamic principles and all fruit is hand harvested.
The winemaking process is natural with wild yeast fermentation, no temperature control, no fining, no filtration and only minimal sulphur additions at bottling.
The style of Occhipinti is fresh and pure with incredibly cool fruit. The wines are delicate yet full flavoured and glide across the palate, making these some of the most sought-after wines coming out of Sicily.

Yes, of course. You can leave a message at checkout in the ‘Notes to Seller’ box - just click Update Cart and we’ll make sure it’s included.

Do I need to order a minimum quantity?
No minimums - we love orders of all sizes. For packaging reasons, quantities of 7 or 13 aren’t ideal, but we can still make them work if needed.

What is your heat policy?
We always want your wine to arrive in perfect condition. On days of extreme heat, we may delay dispatch, and our courier may do the same.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on orders over $99.
All other orders are charged a flat rate of $15.
