King valley Sangiovese (90%) destemmed & macerated for 7 days + Grenache Blanc (10%) macerated for 7 days. Elevage in neutral oak for 9 months. Blended to stainless 1 month before bottling.
750ml 12.2% alc.
All wines unfiltered, unfined & wild fermented.
