Their approach is refreshingly simple: organic farming, wild yeasts, and zero additives, letting the grapes speak for themselves.

This collection highlights their ethos and commitment to place and time - from the floral "Fistful of Flowers" to the structured "Incline" Syrah, and their exciting new "If Only Maybe" blend. The "Amphora" red showcases how ancient techniques create surprisingly silky, modern textures. Each bottle embodies the Momento Mori philosophy: life is fleeting, so drink well while you're here!

2023 Momento Mori 'Fistful of Flowers'

As always an expressive whack of florals on the nose, perfumed stone fruits, musk, lemon and spring blossoms. The palate being pretty much the antithesis of this. Fresh and pure with a cool slated steeliness and a fine citrus-like salinity to keep it all together.

2021 Momento Mori 'Staring At The Sun'

The blend includes Fiano, Vermentino, and Moscato Giallo, although amounts are adjusted to suit the vintage. The 2022 is comprised of 45% Vermentino, 45% Fiano and 10% Moscato Giallo. The wine sits at a refreshing 12% alc and is medium bodied with great texture. It is pure, clean and has great tension and energy.

2022 Momento Mori 'If Only Maybe'

This is a brand new cuvée from Momento Mori for 2022! It is comprised of Nosiola, Vermentino and Malvasia. It has some texture from the skin contact but is ultimately very fresh, complex and well balanced.

2022 Momento Mori 'True Love Waits'

The blend is comprised of Nero, Sangiovese, Lambrusco (not as you know it) and a splash of Syrah. All of these varieties were fermented and aged separately in stainless steel and Amphora. And although on paper it reads like a big red blend, it is very far from that. It is light, very delicate with an extremely pretty structure.

2023 Momento Mori 'The Incline' Syrah

The wine is vibrant and complex and has loads of crunchy blue and red fruit. It also has amazing minerality with mouth-watering acidity and freshness. A very well structured wine that keeps you coming back for more.

2021 Momento Mori 'Amphora' Red

The wine has an amazing freshness about it and, (for a Syrah) it is quite light and vibrant in nature. It also has a wonderful softness to it at the same time which is definitely something the amphora seems to impart to reds. Silky I guess describes this best.

Important Delivery Information:

Same day deliveries must be received in person and cannot be left unattended.
Delivery drivers will refuse delivery to an intoxicated person.
ID check may be required to confirm recipient is aged 18 or over.
Standard deliveries (not same day) are marked ‘Authority to Leave’ so our driver can leave the parcel in a safe place for you.
We will always do our best to find a safe place, however if the driver deems it unsafe to leave, your order will be returned to await further instructions from you, or in the case of Australia Post deliveries, the parcel will be taken to the nearest collection facility.
Delivery charges are non-refundable. A $15 charge may apply for redelivery.
