The 'Nikau' Pinot Noir Rosé offers remarkable complexity beneath its translucent pink hue, while the elegant 'Tonimbuk' Pinot Noir perfectly expresses its quartz granite terroir after two years of patient bottle aging. 2022 Nikau Farms Tonimbuk 'Granite'

This is a delicately orange wine with a refined and elegant nature to it. It has an abundance of energy with delicate and precise structure. This year the ‘Granite’ cuvée is comprised of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon Blanc from our Tonimbuk site.

2022 Nikau Farms 'Nikau' Pinot Noir Rosé

It is a beautiful translucent pink in colour and has a wildly complex nose. It has so many similarities with the Pinot, it’s quite serious really with great structure and layer upon layer of complexity.

2022 Nikau Farms Chardonnay

Expect a wildly un-Australian Chardonnay: no oak, no fat or flab—just pure, nervy energy and captivating minerality. This is Chardonnay for people who think they don’t like Chardonnay. Textured, layered, and electric, it’s a wine that speaks of old vines, granite soils, and a deep connection to the land. The 2022 Tonimbuk Chardonnay is one of the most compelling and personal wines to emerge from Dane's Nikau Farms vineyards.

A truly elegant & complex wine which has beautiful cohesion and restraint.
The fine mineral structure it has is very reflective of the quartz granite it has its roots in and the volcanic hills that surround. This has been resting in bottle now for over 2 years. It is now poised, elegant and ready to go.
