Anton farms his Adelaide Hills vineyards organically, picking grapes early to preserve freshness and harvesting everything by hand to protect the fruit. In the winery the philosophy remains uncompromising: no harsh chemicals are used at any stage, Anton even distils his own alcohol for cleaning. Fermentations occur naturally with wild yeasts, and the wines are made without added sulphur. No fining or filtration - nothing added, nothing taken.
The result is wine that feels alive: raw, honest and expressive. Pure-fruited, vibrant and refreshingly lower in alcohol, these are clean wines made for drinking well and celebrating the simple pleasures of life.

2025 Lucy M 'Noir de Florette' Pinot Noir
Carey Gully, Adelaide Hills, SA
This Pinot Noir comes from the heart of Carey Gully, grown on red clay over sandstone with a gentle northerly aspect at the base of a cold, deep valley.
The fruit is 100% destemmed, wild fermented, pressed and aged in a 2000L barrel, resulting in a finely textured and beautifully expressive Pinot.

2025 Lucy M 'Hillside' Blend
Adelaide Hills, SA
A blend of 75% Pinot Noir, 15% Cabernet Franc and 10% Syrah. The Pinot Noir is 100% destemmed, fermented in large wooden open-top barrels and plunged once daily before maturation in ceramic vessels.
The Cabernet Franc and Syrah are assembled to provide moreish weight, savouriness and subtle complexity.
Grapes: Pinot Noir 75%, Cabernet Franc 15%, Syrah 10%

2024 Lucy M Vino Rosso
Adelaide Hills & McLaren Vale, SA
A juicy, approachable wine designed to put a smile on your face. The blend is Merlot (55%), Syrah (40%) and Barbera (5%) sourced from three organically farmed vineyards.
The Merlot comes from Magpie Springs Farm in Hope Valley, the Syrah from Brackenwood in Hope Forest, and the Barbera from mature vines at Zerella in McLaren Vale.
Made for life’s simple pleasures — best enjoyed with friends and a plate of charcuterie.

2025 Lucy M 'Le Petit' Piccadilly Chardonnay
Piccadilly Valley, Adelaide Hills, SA
Anton’s Chardonnay becomes cleaner, brighter and more focused with every vintage. The fruit comes from the ‘Cemetery Block’, farmed by Jenny and James Griggs.
Whole bunch pressed with only the free-run fraction used, then fermented in ceramic eggs and aged on lees for texture and depth.

2025 Lucy M Pinot Blanc
Totness, Adelaide Hills, SA
Sourced from a leased vineyard in Totness with 30-year-old vines grown on black sandy soils over petrified schist.
The grapes were whole bunch pressed, with only the free-run juice transferred to large-format oak for fermentation and maturation before bottling.

2025 Lucy M 'Le Sensual' Savagnin
McLaren Hills, SA
100% Savagnin from certified biodynamic vineyards situated on the south side of the McLaren Hills, planted on light red clay soils.
Direct pressed, fermented and aged in ceramic eggs, resulting in a textural and quietly complex expression of Savagnin.
