Following the success of the stellar inaugural 2024 vintage, we're thrilled to present the 2025 Trousseau.
This captivating wine displays a brilliant cherry red hue with a light to medium body. The nose offers enticing aromatics of crunchy red berries, cherry, and cranberry, complemented by bright orange peel, leather and spice blend of black pepper, nutmeg, and anise. On the palate, layers of lifted florals and woody herbs interweave with vibrant fruit and earthiness leading to a finish marked by fine, soft tannins that provide excellent balance and structure. Handpicked and wild fermented.
