About The Wine

Chilled red perfection! Perfect Spring wine - bright red and so juicy. Turkish delight, red fruits and floral aromatics with refreshing acidity to tie it all together. Ideal to be drunk chilled or just under room temperature.

What's in it? 40% Heathcote sangiovese, 35% King Valley Dolcetto and 25% Heathcote Moscato Giallo. De-stemmed and fermented seperately on skins (red 7 days, muscat 30 days). Pressed to stainless to complete fermentation, then transferred to neutral oak. 20ppm SO2 added at bottling.

But most significantly, his spark ignites from his parents and the love they shared for each other as well as Micah and his sister Amber.

DEFIALY is an acronym for "Don't ever forget I'll always love you" which is Micah's way of carrying on his parents tradition of signing all cards with DEFIALY. How beautiful.
