About The Wine

Chilled red perfection! Bright, light, floral and fun. Delicate structure and fine tannins amke this a purpose built chilled red for summer fun.

What's in it? 40% Heathcote Grenache, 35% King Valley Sangiovese and 25% Heathcote Muscat. De-stemmed and fermented seperately on skins (red 7 days, muscat 30 days). Pressed to stainless to complete fermentation, then transferred to neautral oak. 20ppm SO2 added at bottling. 11.6% alc.

Micah Hewitt's inspiration for DEFIALY can be placed in a few places understandably a great appreciation for quality produce and land. But most significantly would be his parents and their love the shared for each other as well as Micah and his sister Amber. DEFIALY is an acronym for "Don't ever forget I'll always love you" which is Micah's way of carrying on his parents tradition of signing all cards with DEFIALY

Important Delivery Information:

Same day deliveries must be received in person and cannot be left unattended.
Delivery drivers will refuse delivery to an intoxicated person.

Standard deliveries (not same day) are marked ‘Authority to Leave’ so our driver can leave the parcel in a safe place for you.
We will always do our best to find a safe place, however if the driver deems it unsafe to leave, your order will be returned to await further instructions from you, or in the case of Australia Post deliveries, the parcel will be taken to the nearest collection facility.
