When it comes to cult wine in Austria its hard to look past wife and husband Stephanie and Eduard Tscheppe-Eselbock of Gut Oggau.
Gut Oggau was formed in 2007 in Burgenland on one of the oldest properties in the region, with some manor walls dating back to the 17th century. However unlike in peoples fantasies this vineyard had been neglected and left to deteriorate for 20 years. So Stephanie and Eduard had their work cut out for them. Although due to this neglect the vines have had any semblance of pesticides and chemical treatments washed away and allowed Gut Oggau to jump straight into producing wines of biodynamic principles.
Stephanie and Eduard only work with native varietals and produce distinct and breathtaking wines that seem to disappear as quickly as they arrive.

Our same day delivery is eligible every day of the week except Wednesdays.

Important Delivery Information:
- Same day deliveries must be received in person and cannot be left unattended.
- First time orders can only be delivered to the person who placed the order – we are required to check ID to confirm the recipient is 18 or over.
- Delivery drivers will refuse delivery to an intoxicated person.
- People receiving gift orders must have their ID checked to confirm they are 18 or over.
- Standard deliveries (not same day) are marked ‘Authority to Leave’ so our driver can leave the parcel in a safe place for you.
- We will always do our best to find a safe place, however if the driver deems it unsafe to leave, your order will be returned to await further instructions from you, or in the case of Australia Post deliveries, the parcel will be taken to the nearest collection facility.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable. A $15 charge will apply for redelivery.
