About The Wine
A favourite amongst many! This wine is fermented as whole berries only for around 8-10 days and pumped over gently. The ferment is pressed off while it still retains sweetness in the juice and tannins are low. This results in a fruit forward wine with purity and shine, and beaming with dark berries and wild forest fruits.
This years release has huge depth, colour and complexity with a long palate and great mouth feel, and on the nose it hints at tomato leaves. A deeper and darker style with the true characteristic of cab franc.
