2023 Nikau Farms Tonimbuk 'Granite'

A delicately hued orange wine of refined elegance and abundant energy. Aged entirely in clay amphorae. Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Grigio, and Sauvignon Blanc from Dane's historic Tonimbuk site, where 47-year-old vines sink their roots deep into coarse, weathered granite soils. This ancient terroir imparts the wine's signature lean, mineral-driven character with a precise structure that speaks directly of place. 12% abv.

2023 Nikau Farms 'Nikau' Pinot Noir Rosé

It is a beautiful translucent pink in colour and has a wildly complex nose. From a selection of rows in the vineyard that were just begging to become rosé. It has so many similarities with the Pinot, it’s quite serious really with great structure and layer upon layer of complexity. 12% abv.

2024 Nikau Farms Gippsland 'Ceramic' Chardonnay

Expect a wildly un-Australian Chardonnay: no oak, no fat or flab—just pure, nervy energy and captivating minerality. This is Chardonnay for people who think they don’t like Chardonnay. Textured, layered, and electric. Aged entirely in ceramic egg, this is a stunningly pure, delicate and complex expression of Chardonnay from an exceptional vineyard. 12% abv.
