Everything you could want from a Cab Franc, the whole colour spectrum of fruit with delightful floral aromatics and subtle spice.

Another site that James has been working with for over a decade now and he let us know that this year’s fruit is the most delicious he’s seen during that time. The Seaview site is owned by Peter Birdsey and lies at 90 metres elevation, is just 80 metres from the ocean and is home to 37-year-old vines.

It’s a low yielding site, crops rarely exceed two tonnes per acre and the soils are red sand over yellow clay. 90% of the fruit is destemmed and the fruit is fermented wild before the free run is sent to four older puncheons and one newer 500 litre barrel. After 10 months the wine was bottled.

Important Delivery Information:

Same day deliveries must be received in person and cannot be left unattended.

We will always do our best to find a safe place, however if the driver deems it unsafe to leave, your order will be returned to await further instructions from you, or in the case of Australia Post deliveries, the parcel will be taken to the nearest collection facility.
Delivery charges are non-refundable. A $15 charge may apply for redelivery.
