A soft, luscious, delicate purple, white-pepper table wine. Simple and rustic, honest and pure.
The Farm: The Syrah is from Brackenwood in Hope Forest with young vines on deep red clay.
How the wine is made: The grapes ferment carbonically for four days in fibreglass and are then pressed. The wine ages in ceramic eggs and barriques.
