Blackberry, cherry cola, cinnamon, pomegranate molasses and Chambord liqueur followed by bay, fresh fig and raspberry. Fresh, vibrant aromas and flavours that dance across the palate.
Medium bodied, flows across the tongue, tightening in the mid palate with a long and delicate finish. Feels like surfing a barrel wave before landing in a herby wash at the end of a long ride.
About S.C. Pannell
After cutting his teeth at some of the top wineries in Aussie and abroad Stephen established S.C Pannell in his adopted region of McLaren Vale. Stephen has since gone on to create a reputation for creating some of the most thoughtful and delicious wines to come out of that region and even all of Australia!
