A fresh spin on a classic wine region, Damon and Jono Koerner are taking classic Clare valley grape varietals and producing stunning modern wines.
Koerner wines predominantly come from the family vineyard in Gullyview with some grapes being sourced from neighbouring vineyards, all grapes come from a 750m radius and are currently implementing organic practices in the vineyard.
The Koerner brothers’ philosophy is to make wines that reflect their place in the world in doing so the brothers find that pick dates are the most crucial part of the winemaking process.
