Big fun occasions call for big fun 1L bottles!
Third generation winemakers Fausto and Cinzia Cellario are passionately dedicated to preserving both grapes and winemaking traditions that are indigenous to Piemonte. Their estate is located in in the village of Carru, in the southwestern Langhe region of Piemonte. The 30 hectares of vineyards are planted with only native Piemonte grapes. They are renowned for their Dolcetto wines.
Farming is organic [soon to be certified]. They are certified “environment friendly cultivation”. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast with 5 days skin maceration, aged in amphora for 6-8 months. “Bottled with minimal sulphur (~10ppm) and without filtering or fining.

Absolutely, we’d love to see you. Simply choose Store Pickup at checkout and we’ll send you a text as soon as your order is ready.

My order is a gift, can I leave a message?
Yes, of course. You can leave a message at checkout in the ‘Notes to Seller’ box - just click Update Cart and we’ll make sure it’s included.

Do I need to order a minimum quantity?
No minimums - we love orders of all sizes. For packaging reasons, quantities of 7 or 13 aren’t ideal, but we can still make them work if needed.

What is your heat policy?
We always want your wine to arrive in perfect condition. On days of extreme heat, we may delay dispatch, and our courier may do the same.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on orders over $99.
All other orders are charged a flat rate of $15.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We dispatch orders same-day or next-business-day. Delivery takes up to 5 business days Australia-wide — you can find full delivery timeframes here
