Pierre Gerbais
Pierre Gerbais is a family-run Champagne house based in the Côte des Bar, the southernmost and increasingly celebrated sub-region of Champagne. Now led by fourth-generation vigneron Aurélien Gerbais, the estate has quietly built a reputation for precision, personality, and deep respect for site.
Farming organically since 1996, the Gerbais family works 17.5 hectares of clay and limestone soils, perfectly suited to Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, and Chardonnay. Pinot Blanc in particular plays a starring role here, lending texture, lift, and individuality to the wines.
In the cellar, Aurélien balances tradition with thoughtful experimentation, producing Champagnes of clarity, energy, and quiet complexity that speak clearly of their origin.

Absolutely, we’d love to see you. Simply choose Store Pickup at checkout and we’ll send you a text as soon as your order is ready.

My order is a gift, can I leave a message?
Yes, of course. You can leave a message at checkout in the ‘Notes to Seller’ box - just click Update Cart and we’ll make sure it’s included.

Do I need to order a minimum quantity?
No minimums - we love orders of all sizes. For packaging reasons, quantities of 7 or 13 aren’t ideal, but we can still make them work if needed.
What if I want to order more than is available?

What is your heat policy?
We always want your wine to arrive in perfect condition. On days of extreme heat, we may delay dispatch, and our courier may do the same.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on orders over $99.
All other orders are charged a flat rate of $15.
How long will my order take to arrive?
