About The Wine
This small, quarter-hectare vineyard is the oldest in Aloxe-Corton. It sits around 100 metres above sea level and on a slight slope to the east.
The grapes are carefully harvested by hand and delicately vatted. They ferment naturally in whole clusters with no destemming and without any addition of sulphur. The wine is aged on lees for 16 months in oak barrels.
No additions apart from sulphur, no fining or filtration. Vegan friendly.
Serve at 12-14 c and decant if necessary.

About Claire Naudin
Claire Naudin took over her family's Domaine Naudin-Ferrand in 1994 and converted the 22-hectare estate to organic and biodynamic farming, establishing herself as one of Burgundy's most progressive natural winemakers.
Her approach focuses on sustainable viticulture with natural yeasts, gravity-fed cellar operations to avoid damaging grapes, and no filtration or fining while her wines are bottled unfiltered with minimal to no added sulfur to reveal pure expressions of their appellations. Her wines are an authentic, terroir-driven taste of Burgundy without the heavy-handed interventions of conventional winemaking.
