3 bottles 2022 Poolside Syrah Rosé

Tom Shobbrook's Poolside is one of those wines that you never forget drinking for the first time. The glorious tussle of red berries, spice and melon, as refreshing as a summer dip. Feelings of falling in love. Crisp acidity from harvesting the grapes in the cool of the morning a tad earlier than most in the Barossa. Direct press and wild ferment. This is rosé to drink in the daytime, preferably (you guessed it) poolside.

A lean yet profound Riesling of freshness and irresistible slurpiness. Gorgeously aromatic with honey blossoms, ripe apricots, and citrus that cascade onto a creamy palate layered with nectarine, lime, and striking minerality.
