More than just an aperitif, this is a table centrepiece, a conversation starter and presents a stunning snowglobe-esque visual of dancing Elderflowers.
What to expect:
RoomeR is a fortified wine aperitif with a slightly sweet taste with a hint of river salt. A fortified wine, which is soon followed by a pleasant explosion of blossom aromas. Unfolding with a hint of nutmeg and an extremely nuanced acidity which gives way to vermouth tones that provide a dry, yet full-bodied aftertaste. Equally at home at the desert table.
Why we love it:
RoomeR is pure and natural and doesn't contain any preservatives, flavours or colour enhancements.
RoomeR is made using the traditional Belgian method of paying attention to the smallest of details and adding the elderflower to each bottle by hand.
Behind the scenes:
RoomeR is a small Belgium-based company located in Ghent. They produce an artisanal aperitif which is based on a family recipe from Belgium.
At present RoomeR is sold in over 1000 locations across Belgium and easily makes its way into hospitality venues, pubs, and restaurants.
