Brillaint and bright aromas of strawberries and watermelon. A bit of a musky thing going on. The bead is pretty fine in this one. A really nice touch of residual sugar on the palate alongside some more of those red fruit characters. Finishes kind of the way it starts with a bit of a musky chalky texture. Very great.
2020 Dormilona Yokel Verdelho
Verdelho is a classic variety from the Swan Valley, lost in the wave of alternates planted over the years. This fruit is from the traditional Lamonts vineyard planting, upper Swan, 80 years of age & dry grown. Hand harvest, then destemmed into open for slight skin contact, basket pressed straight to tank for a chill ferment & large format oak. Allow to rest on heavy lees until racking & then bottling.
2020 See Saw Samm
Aromas of Tropical citrus and honey with marmalade. The palate is as you would expect, juicy and fun. Passionfruit acidity, fleshy texture and a nice lengthy finish.
2019 Express Winemakers Grape Fields
Skin fermented Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin Blanc from our naturally farmed Mount Barker vineyard co-fermented with Semillon from the neighbour’s place that we farmed this year and Pinot Noir from another organic vineyard down the road in Albany. All farmed naturally and fermented by native yeast, spending an average of 6 days on skins to create a youthful but textural experience.
2020 Ghost Rock Supernatural Summer Skins
A blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Riesling from the cradle coast of Tassie. Silky red fruits, bright acidity and a very moreish vibe. Great drinking all through the warmer months.
2019 3/4 Uppercut Wher's My F**king wine?
The nose is super concentrated, showing spices and black cherries and blackberries. A subtle note of wintergreen and cinnamon toast. The palate is fresh and lean, which fills out over time. Rounded out with an olive salinity and refreshing acid. No added S02. Stands up for days after opening.
