2021 Lucy M 'Noir de Florette' Pinot Noir
Made in two parts: half is sagnéed juice poured over berries, with whole bunches, fermented for 17 days; the other half is carbonically fermented. Components pressed and blended together and aged in a 2,000 litre barrel.
2020 Lammidia 'Rosh' Montepulciano
Semi carbonic vinification, with the half the fruit destemmed then pressed and the other half as whole bunches., fermented in concrete vats for two weeks with submerged cap, finishing ageing in concrete.
2021 Good Intentions 'Frankie' Cabernet Franc
Hand picked, the grapes were de-stemmed, into a large fermenter and pumped over twice daily to create a soft extraction of the tannins.
The wine is juicy, fresh and varietal showing some cassis leaf, dark fruits and nice grippy tannin with a hint of tobacco.
