Mal Stewart (producer of Mornington Peninsula beer & Cider) & Neil Prentice (Holly’s Garden) have teamed up to produce a small run of sparkling wines made using Gippsland fruit done in the Champenoise style meaning that second fermentation takes place in the bottle offering wines of freshness and that Champagne style we all know and love.
Light and full of vibrancy, flavours of nashi pear, lemon sherbert and the softest kiss of strawberries. This gentle wine finishes crisp, dry and very refreshing with a long and sophisticated brioche tone that is found in matured Champagne.
