Grown on quartz and ironstone soils, these two noble Italian varieties create a traditional-method sparkling wine with distinctive structure, energy and finesse.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe base wines come from the 2023 and 2024 vintages and were raised in a combination of stainless steel and seasoned French oak. Following blending and tirage, the wine rested on lees for six months before being disgorged with zero dosage, allowing the purity and detail of the fruit to take centre stage.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eNebbiolo contributes freshness, lifted aromatics, fine tannin and zinging acidity, while Sangiovese brings vibrant red fruit and structure. Bright, dry and wonderfully textured, it finishes with precision and persistent mineral drive.
