So it was obvious to work with our partners at Archie Rose Distilling Co to use their Original Vodka and Melbourne manufacturer Jarnsaxa, whose Doom Brew Bloody Mary mix is without doubt the best combination of local produce, spice, and knowledge.
Doom Brew is made from fresh Australian tomatoes, elevated by freshly squeezed lemon juice. Jarnsaxa add body and flavour by using three varieties of Mexican chillies, organic and unrefined sugar, ethically sourced pink-lake salt from North-Western Victoria, over a dozen carefully blended spices and a Jarnsaxa-made and fermented Worcestershire sauce.
