From a plot of 35 year old biodynamically farmed vines planted on marl/clay soils.
Grapes are handpicked, whole bunch pressed and fermented and matured in stainless steel tanks for 6 months on lees.
Dry, linear and elegant with bright green apple, pink grapefruit and flinty minerality. This wine has a harmonious palate with bright acid and texture brought from lees ageing. Fresh with a salty and persistent finish.
