Rino’s organic vineyard sits among fig, olive and peach trees, with its old vines rooted in red loamy clay and ironstone over deep limestone.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eHand-picked across two harvest dates, including one beneath a blood moon eclipse, the fruit spent 12 days on skins with 60% whole bunches.
