The new vines produced slightly larger, juicier bunches, bringing a touch more generosity to the profile.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe 2025 season provided ideal ripening conditions, resulting in fruit that arrived beautifully balanced, with a fine line of minerality drawn from the vineyard’s quartz- rich soils.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFruit was hand-picked into 15kg baskets and hand-sorted directly into the press. Whole bunches were gently pressed, with juice briefly settled in tank before being transferred to barrel for fermentation.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe wine remained on full lees for 10 months, with barrels stirred once or twice prior to the completion of malolactic fermentation.
