It’s playful but balanced, and thanks to the lees, it’ll keep evolving nicely in bottle for a few years.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFrankland River Riesling (90%) and Mount Barker Shiraz (10%) were given a couple of days on skins to build colour, aromatics and gentle texture before being pressed off and co-fermented wild.
