It was then pressed and matured in 300-litre barrels with zero additions.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIntense purple in the glass, the palate is packed with plums and dark fruit, framed by chewy tannins and savoury hints of clove and dried sage. Dense, structured and full of personality, this is a wonderfully distinctive expression of Adelaide Hills Cabernet Franc.
