Hand-picked and fermented with 20% whole bunches, the wine spent 11 months on fine lees in French oak before bottling.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBright, perfumed and tightly wound, it opens with rose petals, red fruit and dry spice, followed by graphite, petrichor, pistachio and a savoury hint of tapenade. Whole-bunch fragrance and fine structure carry through a pure, focused palate with impressive length.
