Made from Chardonnay grown on a 1.4-hectare parcel at Pizay, the vines were between 10 and 15 years old when this inaugural vintage was harvested. Only around 12,000 bottles were produced.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eWhite flowers, ripe pear and green apple lead into citrus and subtle stony notes. The palate is rounded and generous, reflecting the warmth of the vintage, yet remains fresh and composed with mineral tension, refined texture and a long, gently saline finish.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eWhole bunches underwent three days of cold maceration before pressing.
