The biodynamically farmed fruit was hand-harvested, destemmed and given a few hours on skins before being whole-bunch pressed into stainless steel for a cool, natural fermentation.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003ePale pink-red in the glass, it opens with fresh raspberry and red cherry. The palate is soft and generous, with textured red fruit balanced by lively acidity and savoury spice.
