The grapes spent 10 days on the skins, and is semi-carbonically fermented in inox tanks. The wine is then aged in 3000 litre and 500 litre oak barrels and amphorae.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch4\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eAbout Claus Preisinger\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eClaus Preisinger is at the forefront of the natural wine scene in Austria and for good reason. Claus started making wine with his father as a hobby in the city of Gols, Burgenland and completed his first vintage in 2000.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSince then, Claus has gone on to help found the Pannobile group of winemakers, a group that uses respect and appreciation for the land to preserve traditions of Burgenland. He was also one of the first winemakers in Austria to experiment with skin contact and Georgian amphora aging.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eClaus Preisinger’s philosophy is simple ‘to produce wine that is pure, balanced and speaks of terroir’.
