Three years on tirage has built depth and complexity, while disgorgement in late 2025 with a low dosage of just 3g/L keeps the wine beautifully dry and precise.

Strawberry, red apple and forest fruits meet notes of fennel, white flowers, pastry and subtle mushroom.
