Made from 100% Grenache. Sourced from the wonderful Eugenio Valenti, from some very old bush vines, planted by the Vino Italia family in the 1950s. It's beautiful fruit, all hand-harvested by the family themselves and delivered to the Dormilona winery with love. It was destemmed into open fermenters to do its thing on skins for around a week, and then it was gently basket-pressed straight to tank. It was racked off heavy lees to bottle with just a dash of sulphur.
