About Sebastien Morin
After fleeing the IT world in the early 2000’s for a change in career to wine. Sebastien found himself working under and learning from iconic natural winemakers Charles Dagand, one half of l’Octavin and Jean-Marc Brignot whose name is synonymous with Jura winemaking in the early 2000’s. Sebastien has since settled in Saint-Étienne-des-Oullières in the southern part of Beaujolais, where he produces zero-zero wines with a focus on long maceration. Sebastien’s wines are a brilliant example in the discussion of natural wines age-ability.
