50% - Tempranillo
50% - Chardonnay
50% of the blend is a co-ferment of whole bunch pressed Chardonnay and whole bunch pressed Tempranillo with some de-stemmed Tempranillo to add some nutrients, colour, texture and flavour.
Additional barrels were blended to balance. All wines were aged in old french barrels on fine lees.
All wines are produced from vines grown and managed with organic and/or biodynamic principles without being certified.
All the grapes are carefully hand picked then processed with a shovel and a fork.
All the wines gently transferred by siphon using gravity and are not fined or filtered.
No additions whatsoever; apart from love, work and luck.
