This wine is named after Andy and Louise's daughter. His love for Cab Franc makes him work harder every year to reach his benchmarks which are a few true legends from the Loire Valley like Francois Blanchard, Babass. He spent some time with Blanchard back in 2017 and came back very inspired.
Hand picked, the grapes were de-stemmed, into a large fermenter and pumped over twice daily to create a soft extraction of the tannins.
The wine is juicy, fresh and varietal showing some cassis leaf, dark fruits and nice grippy tannin with a hint of tobacco.
