Our last vintage ever of Malbec as the fruit is not available anymore. Grown by Tamburlaine in Orange, to which highlights the true versatility and potential of the region to move away from shiraz and pinot noir. This malbec is made in a semi-carbonic style, which is rose pressed onto malbec whole bunch. The rose starts to ferment whilst the whole bunches undergo carbonic maceration. The wine is then pressed to a puncheon to finish its ferment. Malbec loves this style of winemaking as the variety itself tends to be a serious tryhard so this gives it the lift and personality it needs. The best iteration of this wine that we have made. Get it while it lasts.
