A rosé made from some certified organic Shiraz with a smidge of Merlot from Osmington and Wilyabrup. It had a touch of skin contact before pressing straight to tank for a wild ferment. The blend saw lots of battonage and full malo for mid-weight texture, then was racked off to settle before bottling. No additives, finings nor filtration. Only minimal sulphur.
