Humis Vineyard Carmenere Pet-Nat from Heathcote, Victoria. The fruit was destemmed, cold-soaked overnight and pressed to stainless steel. Bottled before primary fermentation was finished, then disgorged in September. Topped with a little muscat.
Fine bead, savoury nose, red capsicum, pretty red fruit sweetness on the palate. Well balanced. Moorish."
